Arcadia Park Estates Yard of the Month

Due to the extreme heat, lack of rainfall, and landscape browning, the Board of Directors have elected not to select a third quarter yard of the quarter. We will continue this program in 2023.

1. The property of all current residents of Arcadia Park Estates HOA, both owner occupied and rental are automatically eligible, and encouraged to participate.

Robert Mohler, HOA President, presents Dale and Janet Morris the HOA's Yard of the Month for September 2021. The Morris Family was awarded a $50 Home Depot gift yard for their beautiful landscaped yard.

Robert Mohler, HOA President, presents The Dearmond Family the HOA's Yard of the Month for August 2021. The Dearmond Family was awarded a $50 Home Depot gift yard for their beautiful landscaped yard.  Jordan and his two sons accepted the award for August and Jordan stated his spouse would be getting the money as she is the one who devotes time to their landscape.

Our final Yard of the Month award for 2021 will be held on 17 September 2021.

Kimberly Coltrin, HOA Vice President, presents The Rodriguez Family, the HOA's Yard of the Month for July 2021. The Rodriguez Family was awarded a $50 Home Depot gift yard for their beautiful landscaped yard.  They graciously accepted the award for July. 

Congratulations to our other residents at 4266 Cave Cove, 4250 Cave Cove and 4252 Jenny Lake for being nominated. It was difficult selection, as all four homes have beautiful landscapes.

Robert Mohler, HOA President, presents Mr. Richard Ho, our HOA's Yard of the Month for June 2021. Richard was awarded a $50 Home Depot gift yard for their beautiful landscaped yard. Richard stated that his mother does all the landscape work and he is just a helper. Richard graciously accepted the award for his mother who was at work. 

Congratulations to our other residents at 4260 Jenny Lake and 8613 Chelan Way for being nominated. It was difficult selection, as all three homes have beautiful landscapes.
