Residents host Meet & Greet with NPO B Ward / Neighborhood Crime Watch Meeting. Residents living in Arcadia Park Estates West were treated to a Meet & Greet with their Neighborhood Police Officer, Billy Ward. NPO Ward and CPS R Mendoza spoke on the benefits of activating a neighborhood crime watch group in their area to promote safer communities. NPO Ward shared safety tips, distributed NCW brochures to help promote NCW. The group has been actively involved in recruiting for NCW by getting out and speaking to their neighbors encouraging total involvement. Out of this group 2 additional volunteered for NCW block Captains for their street area. A training session for interested NCW Block Captains will be forthcoming in early May.
