What a blessing they were in helping us.
Hello Homeowners
Thanks to all our homeowners who submitted proxies or voted online. We met quorum at the reconvened meeting 16 December, 2021.
Robert Mohler was elected to serve two more years as president, Dale Morris was elected two more years as treasure, and Rosemary Jackson volunteered and was elected to fill the third place vacancy.

CURB ADDRESS marking NOW COMPLETE - free to all homeowners
Residents Curb Address Marking Complete
Have you noticed the new address markings at the curb of each home? Work was completed 31 December 2021. We hope each resident that received the new marking is satisfied with the results.
We all know seconds count in any emergency. 1st responders depend on residents to properly and clearly display house numbers without having to search adjacent house numbers in order to ensure they are responding to the correct addresses and in a timely manner.
The Board of Directors voted to provide this free of charge to each resident in Arcadia Park Estates community as a safety initiative to better enhance identification of a residence location for police, fire and first responders in cases of emergency.
The contractor was provided a list of home that will receive the address markings at their curb and a list of those with special unique marking that did not want them repainted.
